This renewal incentive allows you to pay for the 2015 NBA Playoffs at the conclusion of each playoff round. This means no upfront payment for games that might not be played. You are charged only if the Wizards play a home game during that round. To qualify, you must renew your DC 12 Club Membership for the 2015-16 season by March 27, 2015. The Wizards reserve the right to cancel your 2015-16 membership if you default on any Pay As We Play payments.
You may choose to purchase your seats for all four playoff rounds up front (16 possible games). Refer to the seating diagram for pricing information. Any money from unplayed playoff games will be credited to your Wizards account for the 2015-16 season. If you choose not to renew your 2015-16 Membership, you can still purchase your seats for the playoffs using the Pay in Full option for all four rounds.
By renewing, you are eligible to be enrolled in Pay As We Play for the 2015 NBA Playoffs. Be sure to select Pay As We Play on your invoice or online renewal. Please note that if you default on your payments for the 2015 Playoff Pay As We Play program, the Wizards reserve the right to automatically cancel your 2015-16 Membership and remaining playoff tickets.
The only form of payment accepted for Pay As We Play is a major credit card. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
Yes. We will automatically charge the credit card we have on file for the 12-month payment plan on or about the 15th of each month for your DC 12 Club Membership. At the end of each playoff round, the same card will be charged for any home games played during that round.
If you do not renew, you must pay in full up front for all 16 potential home playoff games. You'll still be eligible to receive the discounted DC 12 Club Member rate.
No. Any resale credit accrued by the resale of 2014-15 regular-season tickets and 2015 NBA Playoffs can only be used towards the 2015-16 regular season. Resale credit for tickets sold prior to January 23, 2015 will be noted on your 2015-16 renewal invoice. Resale credit for tickets sold on or after January 23, 2015 will automatically be applied prior to your July 15 payment for your 2015-16 membership.
2015 NBA Playoff tickets will be loaded onto your online Account Manager prior to the start of the first round. The default method of entry will be your Digital Ticket Card. You will be able to use the same Account Manager functions from the 2014-15 season including transfer, printing within 72 hours of the game, and selling on the
NBATickets.com Marketplace.
We hope you will join us for the excitement of Wizards playoff basketball. However, you may choose to only renew your DC 12 Club Membership for the 2015-16 regular season.
Additional 2015 Wizards Playoff Tickets will be made available to DC 12 Club Members prior to the general public. More information on pricing and availability will be communicated at a later date.
